Rocky 4,  STAY! in a newer neighborhood not a older run down area, (many rentals are in older neighborhoods and are not safe), this is a newer 3 bedroom house, 2 bath house, enjoy a swim in the private backyard Pool, how about relaxing in the Hot tub after a hard day's work or play ( Note! Hot tub is cleaned after every guest that uses it)

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 3 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 3 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
