We have a professional pest control service that treats the property monthly, but we cannot offer refunds for encounters with Mother Nature. We recommend bringing insect repellent to ensure your comfort.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

After driving around Gulf Shores for a week and looking at every neighborhood, we picked this property because of its privacy, personality, and beautiful surroundings, not only is it close to the beach but it has a 10-mile Lagoon in the back that connects to the ocean, it has good privacy and is in a private community called Lugina Key, you will notice the nice roads for biking or riding around, and well-kept homes, one community pool, nice tennis court, and a direct walkway to the beach.
