Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property during their stay. This includes the main house with all four bedrooms, the private fenced-in backyard with the pool and hot tub, and the game room. Entry is seamless and secure with a smart lock. Your unique access code will be provided prior to your check-in for self-check-in convenience.

-Pet-Friendly: We welcome your furry friends! A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your booking. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
-Extended Stays: Discounts are available for longer stays. Please send us an inquiry for more details and a custom quote.
-Pool & Hot Tub: The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced regularly. Please use them responsibly.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 3 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 3 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
