We are at the hot spot where everybody wants to be on Weiss lake, the Gorgeous Yellow Creek area of Lake Weiss, Al. close to the popular Yellow Creek Falls area of the lake. The area is known as the Rock. Popular for hiking and swimming. The cabin features a lighted outdoor kitchen next to the water and a well-lit boat dock for boating and fishing. It also has a private boat ramp. 

Free Kayaks and Paddle boards available for your use 

One of the few properties that allow you to drive to the water with your truck or car

Tourism hot spots everywhere close by.  Fishing guide service available

Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee of 150, please contact us by text if you are bringing a pet to arrange payment, this policy is strict! 

Walmart and shopping close by in Leesburg and Centre 

Cabin:

Rocky 2 has been completely remodeled with new wood floors, new paint, new siding inside and out and has Dish Cable with a sports package, and  smart TV’s with Roku in every bedroom
 A strong Wi-Fi for movie streaming, and sports.

Even though you are only renting out Rocky 2, we will not rent out the other cabin to another private party

Bedrooms

There is a King in the Master Bedroom, and a full with a bunk bed on top in the 2nd bedroom, a Blow-up Mattress is available for extra sleeping.

Cabin allows you to drive straight down to the water, and has parking for 4, it's rare on any lake property to be able to drive to dock and unload, you will also enjoy the huge outdoor kitchen located 10 feet from the water, with 2 grills, sink/fridge, and large dining table.

Extra Cabin Rocky 1

For larger families or additional friends, we have an additional small cabin for rent that is two bedroom and sleeps 5. This cabin is called Rocky #1. For more info on that cabin please text me, at 706-252-0306

Cabin Rocky #1, is a small and cozy cabin is equipped with deck, full kitchen, one bedroom, and a small bunk bed room. a deck with a grill and table. it has a brand new central heat and air unit

(Note! We will only rent out the smaller cabin to the same family that is renting Rocky #2 to keep your stay private!) Calendar locks in date, so you would have to email us on additional rental.

Boat Rental:

New 24-foot pontoon fishing boat with live well, and rod holders, trolling motor, rental- 150 hp, 400 first day  or or 300 a day for multiple day rental 

Places that are nearby; Yellow Creek Fish camp, Yellow Creek Falls. Walmart is 10 to 15 minutes away close by in Centre, Al.
The Yellow Creek Fish Camp Store is 5 minutes away, and they serve Hot Breakfast and Fishing supplies.

Parking is available in front of Rocky 2
We would suggest, to unload luggage at the back door of the cabin as it is only 2 steps
inside of the house.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The best thing about this home is that it's immersed in nature, Lake in front yard, Trees surrounding the property, This means you may encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood. This includes squirrels, deer, raccoons, mice, spiders, mosquitos, sand fleas, spotted lanternflies, flies, plant mites, skunks, ticks, bees, wasps, crickets, ants, tree roaches, frogs, various bugs, and other creatures. They reside in nature and we have no control over them. We do have Professional pest control company that comes out once a month and sprays for Mosquitos and no-see-ums and puts out bug traps, but we do not have any control over their adventures. Sometimes they end up in the house. We clean and inspect everything before you arrive. There will be no refunds for Mother Nature getting in the house. If you are sensitive to mosquitoes, bring bug spray. We have found certain things work well at the beach, Insect spray with Deet in it, and Amber Romance body lotion. In the event you are alarmed over one of these critters, please alert me, and we will have pest control, or HOA take care of it.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
