The area is know

as the Rock, popular for hiking and swimming, etc. Property includes

This is one of the only Properties, that allow you to drive down to the lake in your car and park right by the water 3 Cabins feature a lighted outdoor kitchen right next to the water, a lighted dock for boating and fishing, your own Private Boat Ramp.  Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee of 150 per Cabin, please contact us by text if you are bringing a pet to arrange payment, this policy is strict!

Cabin Rocky #1, is a small cozy cabin and is equipped with a deck with some water views, full kitchen, one-bedroom, a small bunk bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. smart tv with all the apps, strong wifi but no cable tv The cabin features a deck with a grill and table. it has a brand new central heat and air unit and is the perfect little cottage for fishing or relaxing, it sleeps 5, this cabin has strong internet, for watching movie apps, as well as your own streaming services, it does not have cable tv. grill is on the deck This cabin has One Bedroom with a full bed and a tv, and access to the deck, the living room has a pull out sleeper, with its on TV, there are views of the lake from the deck.

#2 Rocky 2 - Is the bigger cabin , with Two full-size bedrooms, 1 king with full Bathroom, 2nd room has a full with a twin on top, the living room has a sleeper sofa and three recliners, Views of the lake and a grill is right outside the front door, it is equipped with Strong internet along with Dish TV with a sports package, this is the 2nd cabin and is located closer to the water then Rocky 1

#3 New Calvert Cabin 4 br 3 bath, right on the water sleeps 12,  brand new very modern, all the bells and whistles, 2800 sq feet, very modern right on top the water

Yellow Creek Fish Camp is only 5 minutes away, they serve hot breakfast and fishing supplies, their address is 3595 Alabama Hwy 273, Leesburg, Al 35983Little River state park Note - a security deposit and signed rental contract, will be required. in order to confirm booking Must be 24 and older to book

PLEASE NOTE: The best thing about this home is that it's immersed in nature, Lake in front yard, Trees surrounding the property, This means you may encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood. This includes squirrels, deer, raccoons, mice, spiders, mosquitos, sand fleas, spotted lanternflies, flies, plant mites, skunks, ticks, bees, wasps, crickets, ants, tree roaches, frogs, various bugs, and other creatures. They reside in nature and we have no control over them. We do have Professional pest control company that comes out once a month and sprays for Mosquitos and no-see-ums and puts out bug traps, but we do not have any control over their adventures. Sometimes they end up in the house. We clean and inspect everything before you arrive. There will be no refunds for Mother Nature getting in the house. If you are sensitive to mosquitoes, bring bug spray. We have found certain things work well at the beach, Insect spray with Deet in it, and Amber Romance body lotion. In the event you are alarmed over one of these critters, please alert me, and we will have pest control, or HOA take care of it.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
